Return Policy

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. All returns are done in the form of store credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags. 

To start a return, please contact us at contact@starryeyesbabyboutique.com with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return.

If your return is accepted, we will email you a prepaid shipping label which will be deducted from your return total. Once the label is sent, you have 7 days to return the item(s). If your item is not shipped within the 7 days, the label will be canceled. Please ensure your package receives a scan before 7 days to avoid label cancellation. After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your return. Please allow at least two (2) business days from delivery date to process your return. We will notify you when the return has been processed & we have sent over the store credit. We will deduct the return label fee ($5.00) from your store credit.

NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AFTER 15 DAYS OF RECEIPT

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, that way we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, holiday items or gift cards. Additionally, all accessories are FINAL SALE.

Exchanges
We will try our best to exchange the product for another size, if available. If the size is available, we will email you a return label along with an invoice for the amount of the label.  Once the label is sent, you have 7 days to return the item(s).  If your item is not shipped within the 7 days, the label will be canceled and we will no longer accept your exchange. Once we receive your item, we will send you a new shipping label with another invoice for the amount of the label to mail the exchanged product back to you.

If the size you want to exchange for is not available, we will return the item for store credit through the process mentioned above.
